SHIPPING & RETURNS
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
This page only applies to items purchased directly through this site. If you purchased via Amazon, eBay or any other site, please refer to their return, refund & shipping policy.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, unless indicated otherwise within product description. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout (if any).
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-72 hours.
LATCH.IT is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, you must have purchased an items directly through our store and your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. We recommend you use USPS to return any items. If it is installed, used or damaged we will not be able to refund you. Your item must be in the original packaging. You are responsible and liable to the return shipping. Please include your Order Number as part of your return.

If any product is returned in an unused condition, a full refund will be issued minus a restocking fee of 16%.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on method of payment.
